Submit a Press Release or News Item

Use this online form to submit your press release, news item, product announcement, or other material for editorial use at AudioWorld. As an alternative, you may send your item by email to edit@audioworld.com .

The preferred format for submissions by email is plain text, either in the body of your message (really the best way - just copy and paste from your word processor into your email message), or as an attachment. You may send a Word document or RTF file as an attachment, if you must, but these files are more difficult for us to use, and thus less likely to be used!

The preferred formats for graphics accompanying items are GIF and JPEG. If possible, please convert images to 72dpi, and a maximum width of 400 pixels, before sending. GIF files should be reduced to 64 colors or less (6-bit colorspace), and JPEG files should be compressed to bring file size to 30K or less (the smaller the better).
